This is the country of Romania~! For a person that has come around much, his character is friendly and a bit mischievous. However, he is also carelessly eccentric.
He has a strong belief in black magic and the kind and loves folklore. Thinking of fairy tale princesses (the legend about Ileana) he has a romantic side, too.
With Hungary he tends to fight a lot, they can't stand each other at all * Hungarians appear extremly often in Romanian jokes. With Germany and Italy, Romania has some kind of business friendship. Recently he tries to be friends with Turkey.
